Here are a few key responsibilities:* Reconciliation of accounts and data entry* Analyze information and options by developing spreadsheet reports, verifying information.* Prepare General Ledger entries by maintaining records and files, reconciling accounts.* Develop and implement accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures, recommending changes.* Answer accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data.* Prepare correspondence as needed within the department.* Assist Director of Accounting with facility support and security issues.* Perform such other accounting, financial or administrative tasks as may be required on short notice, by the Director of Accounting or CFO.* Inform Director of Accounting of fiscal or other irregularities or concerns.* Maintain accurate files and supporting documents for accounting entries.* Assist Director of Accounting and CFO in preparing for the annual audit.* Will be aware of and comply with all HIPAA regulations in coordination with the HIPAA compliance officer.*What You'll Receive:*In return for your commitment and dedication, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:* *Health and Wellness: *Excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
