8:00am-5:00pm Location: Omaha, NE 12-month CONTRACT with potential
of extension Job Description A successful Billing Specialist in
this role will excel at analyzing and resolving billing issues
while collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth
operations. They will leverage their strong problem-solving skills
and attention to detail to identify process improvements, test
system changes, and recommend enhancements for efficiency. By
demonstrating excellent communication, organizational abilities,
and customer service skills, they will effectively manage billing
inquiries, maintain accuracy, and contribute to overall financial
operations. Responsibilities: Handle billing processes, ensuring
accurate processing and resolution of customer and system issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to address billing inquiries,
policy changes, and account discrepancies. Analyze billing
discrepancies and unusual transactions, recommending system and
process improvements to enhance efficiency. Other duties as
assigned . Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree
equivalent work experience. Excellent math skills Proficient with
computer software such as Excel, Word, etc. Strong verbal and

position is $18–$22 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other
compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills,
qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.

room for future salary growth.
