Job Description:
SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator primarily interacts with
customers who are in the process of or have ordered client's
product. This role will manage projects by confirming, scheduling,
and managing projects through completion. Customer notification and
prompt follow up with the customer is critical to success in the
role. Organization and detailed orientation is needed to perform
the job. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications
skills, as well as strong computer skills are required to be
successful in this environment. Monday - Friday, 7a - 4p, 1hr.
lunch. OT, as needed, Saturday morning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be
assigned. Dedicated to exceeding the expectations and requirements
of internal and external customers. Coordinates, schedules, and
proactively advances the projects in three primary proprietary
computer systems. Prioritizes and manages a suite of services for
customers including but not limited to; (deliveries, installations,
completion activities, recoveries) Proactively monitors recovery
and completion forms for updates to be shared with customers as
needed. Serves as primary point of contact for customers through
the life of the product. Provides customers with accurate
information to prepare for installations, deliveries, and follow-up
appointments. Identifies scheduling options that allow for optimal
customer experience. Determines and contacts the appropriate key
players to troubleshoot different stages of the process. Possess
effective written and verbal communication skills. Promptly updates
customers about any delays, product issues, scheduling changes,
etc. Demonstrate proficiency with product knowledge to be able to
navigate through order details. Coordinate project quoting and
project management within the systems. QUALIFICATIONS: To perform

functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Must have a high school
diploma or GED; college degree a plus but not required. Must have a
dependable work history in customer service or general business
experience preferred. Prior knowledge of general construction
applications and terminology and/or windows and door applications
or components is desirable but not required. COMPUTER SKILLS: Above
average computer skills regarding Microsoft Office including
Outlook, Excel, and Word. Will be required to develop proficiency
in proprietary software. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Excellent verbal and
written English language skills are required as well as good
customer service skills (in person or via the phone). Must be able
to present information, gather information, and respond to
questions from customers, managers, co-workers and the general
public. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: Must be a team player and exhibit a
strong desire to learn and promote self-growth. Must be pro-active,
self-motivated, and have a demonstrated ability to follow
assignments through to completion. Attention to detail is required.
Must be able to develop trust, respect, and confidence of
customers, coworkers and managers. Must present a clean and neat
physical appearance. Must be able to solve problems as well as
think creatively and positively when faced with obstacles. Must
have the ability to shift attention between tasks and adapt to
