Job Description Job Description Licensed Insurance Agent Onsite in San Antonio, TX or Omaha, NE We’re hiring Licensed Insurance Agents with active P&C licenses to support small business customers in a fast?paced, inbound environment. This is a long?term, contract?to?hire opportunity offering stability, career growth, and a strong promote?from?within culture. What You’ll Do Handle inbound, warm leads via phone and online applications. Support small business customers with Property & Casualty insurance needs. Manage approximately 25–50 inbound calls per day. Navigate multiple systems and insurance products Schedule & Work Environment Onsite position Business hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST Training schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST Occasional weekend work may be required Qualifications Active insurance P&C license Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree Strong communication and customer service skills Sales?driven, motivated, and eager to grow Ability to work in a fast?paced, call?center environment Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
