Job Description:

The instructor will be responsible for teaching Technology classes for Continuing Education. These classes will be face-to-face or online and located at the CB campus. Duties include, but are not limited to, curriculum development/ restructuring, and helping adult education succeed. Topics

• Bookkeeping
• Help Desk
• Excel
• Web Design
• PC Repair/Comp TIA
• Network +Required Qualification At least a year's experience in teaching adults and IT. Technology Certifications preferred. Experience working with databases. Hiring process includes ability to pass a background check, a valid driver's license, and a good driving record Preferred Qualification Teaching experience is preferred Physical Demands Requires prolonged standing or sitting. Requires frequent bending, stooping, or stretching.Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, use hands to operate computer keyboard, telephone, and other basic office equipment.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear, and use a phone. Some travel, by vehicle, may be required. Reading, writing, calculating, social interaction skills, reasoning/analysis, and ability to work with minimal supervision, high degree of problem-solving, organizational skills with the teaching and learning process, and high level of inter-personal skills is preferred.
