Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school
located in Stanton, TX, with a contract extending through May 2025.
This role offers an opportunity to work onsite and make a
measurable impact on the academic and communication development of
students. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of
approximately 60-65 students, providing comprehensive speech and
language therapy services in alignment with educational goals, and
supervising up to two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with teachers,
parents, and other educational professionals to foster student
progress and success. Desired Qualifications: Valid SLP license
(required) Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience working in a school setting Ability to manage and
supervise SLPAs effectively Bilingual skills preferred but not
mandatory Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment
to student-centered therapy approaches Location: Stanton, TX
