They are responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring such technology.Responsibilities:Explore and implementing new ways to automate systemsDesign and testing automation equipment and processesProgram new automated componentsIdentify quality issues and writing reportsEliminate defects and errors with product and software developmentCollaborate with other business unitsContract and third-party management.Definitions related to the infrastructure and architecture of networks together with other areas of the company, aiming at the segregation between IT and OT networks.Integration and data communication between the most diverse layers of the network, following applicable cybersecurity protocols.Explore and implementing new ways to automate systemsDesign and testing automation equipment and processesProgram new automated componentsIdentify quality issues and writing reportsEliminate defects and errors with product and software developmentSupport in defining wireless OT network and communication protocols needed to ensure connectivity.Interaction with process historians, enabling communications and data for deeper analysis.Interaction with different communication protocols (Profibus, OPC UA and DA, Profinet, etc.).Support in monitoring projects involving ICS and Industry 4.0 update.Work together with industrial and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.Qualifications/Requirements:Engineering, Automation, Computer Science training or extensive industrial automation experienceProficiency in maintaining automation equipment Experience with robotics, AI and machine learning is an asset Experience with PLC systems, preferably based on Rockwell Automation and computer/controls networking is highly desirableExperience with project management Solid understanding of computer programming and software development.Knowledgeable about various Agile methodologies and experienced in coaching Scrum Experience working on a collaborative Agile product teamStrong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical skillsA desire to continually upgrade technical knowledge Excited about trying new solutions Embraces a culture of trust and complete transparencyBunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
