Job Description:

Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager Responsibilities Lead global, cross-functional engineering programs and large-scale projects from end to end Drive harmonization and effective governance across engineering, finance, manufacturing, and procurement Develop detailed project plans including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Identify and mitigate risks such as cost overruns, delays, and technical challenges Manage and track CAPEX/OPEX budgets; monitor KPIs to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution Facilitate communication between stakeholders and executive leadership Conduct project evaluations and postmortems to drive continuous improvement Oversee various project types, including compliance, safety, digitalization, architecture, facilities, and crisis response Support integration of new technologies and processes into existing manufacturing systems Present regular progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership Ensure alignment on all changes in project scope, cost, or schedule
