Details Job Details: We are seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Permanent Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in
the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work
with a diverse team of experts and innovators in a fast-paced
environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing, implementing, and improving industrial processes to
maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and
maximize profitability. This role requires a deep understanding of
process engineering, lean manufacturing, quality control, and six
sigma methodologies. Responsibilities: 1. Develop, configure, and
optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up
and certification. 2. Assess processes, take measurements and
interpret data. 3. Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and
processes. 4. Develop best practices, routines, and innovative
solutions to improve production rates and quality of output. 5.
Perform process simulations and troubleshooting. 6. Perform risk
assessments and implement safety measures to ensure compliance with
industry regulations and standards. 7. Provide process
documentation and operating instructions. 8. Work collaboratively
with multidisciplinary teams to implement process improvements and
monitor results. 9. Manage cost and time constraints of projects.
10. Perform quality control tests to ensure the product meets
required specifications and standards. Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's
degree will be an added advantage. 2. Minimum of 5 years of
experience in process engineering, lean manufacturing,
manufacturing engineering, or a related field. 3. Proven expertise
in process improvement and engineering management. 4. Strong
knowledge of mechanical engineering and industrial engineering
principles. 5. Proficient in the use of Six Sigma methodologies for
process improvement and quality control. 6. Exceptional technical
and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability. 7. Ability to
communicate effectively and clearly, both in writing and verbally.
8. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 9.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. 10. Proficient
in MS Office and other software relevant to the role. This is a
