today! 3rd Shift BOOM ASSEMBLY MECHANIC Pay Range: $20-25; Shift is
Monday - Thursday 8:00pm to 6:00am (OT scheduled as needed) $2/hour
Shift Differential $2,000 HIRING BONUS ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld symbols
Correctly installs inner sections, reels, accessories and wear pads
on each boom Installs hoses, winches, and cables Conventional and
precision measuring instruments Process inspection, certification,
and documentation Builds and/or modifies equipment in accordance to
established specifications to meet specific project requirements
Safety and Housekeeping Repairs and/or modifies existing and new
products accordance with established specifications and procedures
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and
supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and
environmental practices Requires good attendance and punctuality
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Individual must possess these
knowledge’s, skills, and abilities or be able to explain and
demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions
of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some
other combination of skills and abilities. Communicates effectively
both verbally and in writing Good math and measurement skills
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Ability to
manage several projects simultaneously Intermediate computer
skills, i.e. Word, Excel, and Access Ability to resolve conflicts
in a courteous and professional manner EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma, or equivalent. Previous mechanical experience
preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described
here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to
successfully perform the essential functions of this position.

pulling the hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction while working with
various tools as mentioned before. Seizing, holding, rasping,
turning, pulling, or otherwise working with hands and arms. Using
arms in such a way as pulling of tools, wrenches, parts, and
equipment to complete the job. Picking, pinching, or otherwise
working with fingers primarily (rather than with whole hand or arm
as in handling). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of
time Ability to climb up and down trucks, steps, and ladders
