Job Description:

As a pivotal part of Cargill’s Engineering & Maintenance department, the Electronic Technician I C is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic manufacturing equipment. This role supports our mission to sustain global communities by ensuring our manufacturing processes run efficiently and reliably. The technician will work closely with other engineering staff to diagnose and solve complex electronic issues in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electronic equipment to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot and repair faults in electronic systems and components Collaborate with the engineering team to develop maintenance solutions Update maintenance logs and report on daily activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols Assist in the installation of new electronic systems and equipment Conduct tests and assessments on electronic systems to verify functionality Strong understanding of electronic systems in a manufacturing setting Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical manuals Excellent problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Electronics Technician (CET) is preferred.
