Job Description:

I need a joyful christian woman who will work from home with varying hours during the different seasons. I need someone who enjoys talking with our clients with more of a type A personality to set appointments, invoicing, setting the best route, getting mail from PO in Millard, receiving Checks, depositing $, collect money on the phone, and work with me and my service manager frequently via cell phone talking and texting. These next items would greatly help as well. 1.) Be familiar with the Quick Books Pro 2.)Microsoft Office- especially Outlook for Email and Scheduling in the Calendar 3.)Have a computer. scanner, printer 4.) Have internet 5.) Understand online payments and pay pal 6.)Have a car w/ drivers license and best to Live 15 min from the Millard area. 7.) make monthly 941 tax deposits 8.) Reconcile QB with actual back acct and make sure every transaction is recorded and in the correct account. Plush Lawn Inc will pay for 1/2 your internet costs, and 55 cents per mile the use our your car to go to the PO box in Millard, make trips to the bank, or get office supplies. We supply you with a cell phone (Samsung Galaxy 9) that is to be for business only and that all the calls to our business landline with be forwarded to continually. When you have to leave the office to get mail, or make a bank run, you take the company phone with you and answer for Plush Lawn during your business day. We really need someone we can trust and who really wants to do all they can to support Me and my service manage in the field so we can get more done each day. That is a good snapshot of our needs. We will start our with a training period at $10.00 per hour and will move it up as you learn the position. If you are familiar with these office duties, your raises will come faster. Our peak seasons are April - June and then late Sept - early November. During our slower times i want you change your company voice mail to less office hours, and if you need special hours or even a day away, you are at liberty with my approval to change the VM and have some freedom.
