Job Description:
Job Summary
Responsible to direct and manage the assigned functional areas,
including Managers, Supervisors and teammates as identified by the
VP. - Lead the culture and initiatives defined by Air Methods and
identify opportunities for enhanced performance, efficiency,
quality, development of teammates.
This position is located at our AirCom Facility in Omaha Nebraska,
It is NOT a remote role.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises employees in the Operations department. -
Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. - Responsibilities
include interviewing, selecting, hiring, and training employees,
planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance,
rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and
resolving problems. -
Qualifications
