Office Manager / Inside Sales Associate
Bixler Marketing Group is a manufacturer representative that has been in business of over fifty years. We offer a clean secure working environment with onsite parking. The office is centrally located with access to I80 and Veterans Memorial Highway.Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls. - Inside sales.- Input customer orders, quotes, and detailed follow-up.- Maintain all pricing files.- Assist customers via phone, email, and through the outside sales team.- Assist customers with all inquiries on manufacturers products.- Back up the other inside sales personnel.- Produce reports. - Maintain web page.- Maintain data (customers on Outlook) and calendar.All training will be conducted on site, during normal working hours.Qualifications: - Must have ability to pick up information quickly with little direction and be able to multi-task. - Must know Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word. - Must have a solid work history.
