The CNA will report pertinent information (e.g. resident needs and concerns) to a licensed nurse. The CNA will respond to inquiries or requests for information and assist the licensed nurse with tasks to support department operations.Qualifications:CNA certification required.Health care industry experience preferred.Ability to work independently.Demonstrate dependability, cooperation, and interest in the care of the elderly.Possess the ability to communicate effectively and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, families, and visitors.
