*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:* We are looking for experienced LPN Nurses to join our team!*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Pay & Perks*: SIgn-on Bonus $5,000-$7,500 Salary from $28.00 - $34.00 per hour + overtime Shift differential: days $.25, evening, $.50, nights $.75 and weekends $2.00 $2/hour attendance bonus during pay period Shift pick-up bonus that Northcrest pays the taxes on Retention bonus 401k 401k matching Paid time off Tuition reimbursement + paid for educational classes Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance HSA/FSA Life insurance Employee referral program Employee assistance program*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements:* Current LPN license in state LPN skills with IV Certification Ability to pass a background check Long term care experience preferred but not required CPR certification Positive bedside manner Ability to work weekends and some holidays*LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Duties & Responsibilities*: Provide quality nursing care to residents Coordinate total nursing care for residents Implement specific procedures and programs Work with Director of Nursing + Assistant Director of Nursing in establishing specific goals Ensure compliance with all operating policies and procedures Provide daily reports*Management involvement:* We help with meal passing. We help with call lights. We help assist on the floor. We have an open-door policy and will be there even when you just need someone to talk to. Nurse Managers help with all new admissions.
