Trivium Life Services is seeking a skilled Revenue Cycle Management Coordinator to join our team, To learn more about Trivium Life Services, watch this short video Position Overview: The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the relationship between the healthcare organization and its outsourced RCM services. Ensuring alignment with organizational policies, compliance standards, and financial objectives, this role manages RCM processes including medical billing, coding, collections, and patient financial services. What You'll Be Doing: Liaison Activities: Act as the primary contact between the healthcare organization and the outsourced RCM service provider. Resolve issues and discrepancies while facilitating effective communication. Performance Monitoring: Review performance metrics of outsourced RCM services, identifying areas for improvement such as billing accuracy, turnaround times, collections rates, and denial management. Compliance and Regulation: Ensure RCM activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and contractual agreements. Stay updated with changes in laws and billing practices. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on financial performance, billing activities, and payer trends. Present findings to management and recommend revenue-enhancing strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a cohesive approach to RCM. Provide updates on performance and initiatives. Training and Support: Offer guidance and support to internal staff on RCM matters. Conduct training sessions to improve understanding of billing processes and compliance requirements. Project Management: Participate in RCM projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion, such as system implementations or process optimizations.
