Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro - TELE Job Summary: The RN Neuro -
Telemetry provides care to patients with neurological conditions
requiring continuous monitoring. Responsibilities include assessing
patient status, administering treatments, and using telemetry
equipment to track neurological and cardiac indicators. Key
Responsibilities: Monitor neurological and cardiac status using
telemetry systems. Administer medications and therapies for
neurological conditions. Collaborate with neurologists and other
specialists to create care plans. Educate patients on stroke
prevention, seizure management, and other neuro conditions. Record
patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Ensure proper functioning of telemetry equipment and address any
