be considered. An opportunity is available for an experienced
Registered Nurse to provide critical patient care within a hospital
setting. This role is a contract position located in Stanton, TX,
requiring dedication and strong clinical skills to support
Universal Care Unit (UCU) patients and manage overflow in
medical-surgical and telemetry areas. The position demands a
consistent Thursday through Saturday block schedule, working
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Nurses in this role
will deliver direct care, often floating across units based on
patient census in the UCU. This environment requires flexibility,
critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality nursing care.
Responsibilities include: Managing comprehensive patient care for
medical-surgical and telemetry patients Monitoring patient
conditions and responding to changes promptly Collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery Maintaining
accurate documentation and adhering to hospital protocols Assisting
with overflow patients in various hospital units as needed
Qualifications and Experience: Current RN license with a minimum of
2 years clinical experience Previous travel nursing experience
preferred Certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and NIH Stroke Scale required
BSN not required but professionalism and clinical competence
