Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Omaha,
Nebraska, 68105! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS Must-Have: - Experience with
EPIC charting - Ability to manage drips - Strong telemetry skills -
Involvement in cardiac monitoring - Experience in neuro stepdown
care Description: Mixed acuity unit specializing in neurology and
neurosurgery. Caring for a patient population that includes
strokes, aneurysms, seizures, spinal fusions, brain, and spinal
cord tumors, and other neurological conditions. This is a 48-bed
unit. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 during the day and 1:6
during the night, with the possibility of 1:7 on rare occasions.
Stepdown ratios are 1:3-4 for both days and nights. Nurses are
required to care for up to five medical surgical patients. Drips
will be required on all floors. Nurses may float within scope to
meet facility needs. Facility collaborates with a care team that
includes CNAs, care techs, a transport team, and paramedics.
Weekend shifts are required, specifically four weekend shifts out
of eight possible in a four-week period. Holidays include a
requirement to work two out of three major holidays. The facility
is a 100% nicotine-free environment. Nurses must wear specific
scrubs during their shifts. Travelers will need to submit requested
time off at the time of application. Please note that any
additional requests after confirmation will be at the manager's
discretion. Compliance documents must be provided before a
specified deadline. This role requires strong organizational and
communication skills. Nurses should be prepared for a dynamic work
