to find a qualified Neuro PCU RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68105! Job

Experience: 2 years in a large, urban hospital required License:
Nebraska RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS
Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience - Experience with drips
management - Mixed acuity unit experience Description: 36 or
48-hour work week options are available. RTO blackout dates due to
local events apply. Specialty includes Mixed Acuity (Medical
Surgical/Telemetry & Stepdown). Multi-care level unit with RNs
caring for up to five Medical Surgical patients. 48-bed unit
specializing in Neurology and Neurosurgery. Patient population
includes strokes, aneurysms, seizures, spinal fusions, brain and
spinal cord tumors, and other neurological conditions. MS/Tele
ratios are 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night. Night ratios can
occasionally be 1:7 depending on staffing. Stepdown ratios are
1:3-4, both days and nights. Two years of prior experience is
required. Drips experience is necessary on all units. First-time
travelers are not accepted unless they have prior experience in a
Level 1 Academic Medical Center. Floating within the scope to meet
facility needs may occur. 100% nicotine-free work environment.
Weekend shifts consist of 4 weekend shifts out of 8 possible in a
4-week period. Travelers must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Local
candidates will not be accepted. Pending licenses are accepted, but
travelers must ensure licenses are obtained in a timely manner.
Mandatory scrubs are to be worn, specific color and branding
required. Additional details on attire will be provided once
