our full time Director of Nursing In Training Program . Vetter

Nursing In Training is a unique opportunity for a driven individual
who is eager to grow into a Director of Nursing role while making a

You’ll Gain: A structured and comprehensive 6–12 month training
program is designed to cultivate the next generation of nursing
leaders at Vetter Health Services. The program focuses on
Leadership Development, Clinical Expertise, Financial Management,
and Regulatory Compliance, equipping participants with the
necessary knowledge to excel in the role of Director of Nursing.
Program Features: Mentorship and oversight from experienced
Directors of Clinical Services and our Clinical Advisory Council
Multiple learning formats : workshops, online modules, simulations,
and hands-on practice Support for ANAAC Director of Nursing
certification Relocation to a Vetter Health Services location upon
successful completion of the program Qualifications: Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 5 years of experience in
long-term care Supervisory experience (nursing or related roles)
Commitment to relocate upon program completion A passion for
