RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct home visits Coordinate family engagement strategies and activities to achieve family and child goals. Recruit children and families for ongoing full enrollment. Monitor outcomes, make referrals, serve as an advocate for families Model sensitivity, build and foster relationships. Communicate effectively and professionally. Ensure the operation and maintenance of a safe, clean, healthy, and productive work environment. Maintain professional competence through professional growth and development opportunities. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Must be willing to obtain required Home Visitor credential.
