Job Description Job Description Sunlight Senior Care is seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver to support a client in Lincoln who thrives with consistency and routine. This position offers premium pay for caregivers able to work a set schedule and remain flexible as needed. Compensation $19/hour – Weekdays $20/hour – Weekends Shift Schedule 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM Caregivers must be flexible with shift times , as adjustments may occasionally be required to meet client needs. About the Client A spirited client with spunk and personality Very particular and values caregivers who follow routines closely Cats in the home (pet-friendly caregivers required) Limited parking available Caregiver Responsibilities Assistance with personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing) Medication reminders and monitoring Transportation to appointments and errands Light meal preparation and assistance with eating as needed Light housekeeping related to client care Providing companionship and respectful, attentive support Following detailed care plans and established routines Qualifications Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with a client who prefers structure and consistency Ability to work both scheduled shifts and remain flexible when needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Experience with personal care preferred Comfortable in a home with cats Able to pass a background check This role is ideal for a caregiver who enjoys building rapport, values clear expectations, and appreciates working with a client who has independence, personality, and spunk.
