Job Description CT Technologist (Night Shift) – Northwest Illinois $10,000 Sign-On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Assistance | 36 hours/week A reputable healthcare provider in Northwest Illinois is hiring a Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist to join its imaging department. Schedule Shift: 12-hour night shifts , plus one additional 4-hour shift per pay period Status: Full-time, 36 hours/week average Rotating weekends required Compensation Hourly pay range: $30.50 – $45.75 (based on experience) Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for external candidates with 1 year of CT experience Relocation assistance: $5,000 for eligible candidates Responsibilities Perform CT imaging procedures and assist with CT-guided biopsy exams Ensure high-quality, diagnostic imaging following safety and protocol standards Document all procedures and patient interactions in the system accurately Prepare and educate patients prior to scanning Maintain and manage image records and departmental documentation Respond to emergencies as needed and maintain readiness Support a team-based environment with excellent patient communication Qualifications ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (R) – required ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) – must be obtained within 6 months of hire Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) license – required 2 years of CT experience preferred Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathology, and radiation safety Ability to provide care to patients across the lifespan (neonatal through geriatric) Basic computer literacy (EMR, PACS, documentation tools) ?
