Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Registered Nurse Admissions is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians’ orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. Schedule: Monday - Friday full-time visits (22.5 points/30 hours) w/shared on-call rotation (as needed) Territory: Council Bluffs, IA communities with some PRN assistance in Omaha, NE The purpose of this role would be to perform Start of Care (Admissions) visits for patients in Council Bluffs, IA and support Omaha, NE patients as needed. At times, this role would also require this clinciian to perform routine visits.
