Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/13/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team providing professional and clinical knowledge in patient care management • May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses • Every third weekend schedule required • 16-hour shifts guaranteed • Electronic Medical Record system: EPIC • At least 2 years of previous experience required • First time travelers accepted • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, BLS (AHA), CPI • Iowa nursing license required - Compact state license allowed • Driver's license must be included in profile • Overtime available after 40 hours per week (36-40 hrs/week) or after 48 hours per week (48 hrs/week) • On-call responsibilities available • Charge nurse and preceptor opportunities available • Orientation schedule provided with multiple start dates throughout the year Facility: This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive intensive care unit as part of a larger healthcare system with multiple local campuses.
