Job Description Radiologist opening in Sioux City, Iowa 90 miles
from Omaha; 150 miles from Des Moines Details: Full-time, permanent
J1/H1B sponsorship Established team of 3 physicians consisting of 2
General Radiologists and 1 Interventional Radiologist Established
practice serving the Sioux City community Opportunity to practice
General Radiology in an established and well-known hospital
Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for
autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences
Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the
patients and the community Full-time position, including dedicated
administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient
patient access Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals
on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination Responsibilities: Average
of 80-100 RVUs per day; no nights or weekends Practice is a mix of
inpatient and outpatient Ability to work as a team member to
improve the health of the people and communities we serve Specialty
skills: Experience in reading all modalities in General Radiology
(preferred in cross sectional anatomy for MR and CT regarding neuro
MSK and body imaging, cardiac CT experience) Evaluates, interprets
and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations
regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to
collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written
and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications:
MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Radiology
Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in
the state of Iowa/SD Hold current and unrestricted state and
federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as
necessary or appropriate to the physicians field of practice
Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver
