This position demands a strong commitment to patient health, including managing ventilator support, administering aerosol-based medications, and monitoring cardiopulmonary systems. The ideal candidate will engage in assessments, create treatment plans, and collaborate extensively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Assess patient respiratory conditions using diagnostic tests and assessments. Operate and manage life support systems and other medical equipment. Perform routine therapeutic procedures such as administering aerosol medications and chest physiotherapy. Collaborate with healthcare teams to devise and implement comprehensive treatment plans. Educate patients and their families about lung health and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all legal and health regulations. Proficiency in using respiratory care equipment including ventilators and oxygen units Ability to perform diagnostic procedures related to respiratory care Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
