until closed): 04-13-2026 Job Description: This is a House RN
Position. Position is scheduled every other weekend and four other
shifts during the two week pay-period. 12-hour Shifts. 36 hours
each week. This position provides House RN covered and general
supervision of all units to ensure Member's receive the highest
quality, long-term care. Provides clinical oversight of the
facility on assigned day shift (0600-1830) with general supervision
from Unit Managers, ADON, and DON. Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications : A current license to practice as a
registered nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse
Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska and
one year of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications : Two (2)
years experience in geriatric, long-term care and skilled nursing
practice with demonstration of at least One (1) year minimum
preferred in a Nursing Supervisor position. Other : Must pass
background checks and complete pre-employment drug and physical
screenings. Position provides House RN coverage and general
supervision of all units to ensure members receive the highest
quality long-term care. Assure the application of nursing process
and continuous quality improvement in keeping with the vision of
the nursing department. Provides clinical oversight of facility on
assigned shift, with general supervision from Unit Nurse
Manager(s), ADON, and DON. Supports and implements the vision and
mission of the nursing department. Participates with staff
counseling’s and competencies as needed and assigned. Communicates
with all departments effectively to promote continuity and overall
satisfaction among team members. Knowledge, skills and abilities
Knowledge of: nursing theory and practice; accepted standards of
care; policies and procedures governing nursing care; sanitation
and infection control standards, policies, and procedures;
techniques of providing quality nursing care; standards for
charting medical records; current medications, their uses and
reactions; Nebraska regulations pertaining to nursing scope of
practice. Skill in: coordinating and providing nursing care.
Ability to: observe changes in the medical condition of patients
and effectively communicate these changes to other nursing staff
members and physicians; consult with clinical specialists; instruct
others in patient care; maintain accurate medical records and write
periodic reports; communicate effectively with medical
professionals, direct care staff members, and other facility staff
members; follow oral and written instructions in exact detail,
maintain a helpful and empathetic attitude toward patients;
participate on an interdisciplinary team; utilize sound and
effective professional nursing judgment. If you're currently
