Continuously: Master MOPs (Methods of Procedure) and Post Orders,

leadership development. What you bring to the mission First
Aid/CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain). Proven
Experience: Background in security, law enforcement, military, or
customer service roles. Exceptional Communication: Clear, calm, and
professional communication skills, including two-way radio
proficiency. Adaptability & Focus: Possess high energy, strong
integrity, and the ability to focus in dynamic environments.
Technical Familiarity: Experience with MS Office and security
technology systems is a plus. Clean Driving Record: No recent
at-fault accidents and a spotless driving history. Education: High
School Diploma or GED. Important pre-hire screening Criminal
Background Check Successful completion of a pre-employment drug
