at the location detailed in the job post. Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD
division is currently seeking an HR Training Coordinator - 1st
Shift. The hourly rate for this position is $23.50 - $28.00 per
hour. The core hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm. Please note the salary

well as market and business considerations. What you’ll do: The HR
Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing, maintaining,
and delivering training programs that support safe, efficient, and
consistent operations within the manufacturing facility. This role
ensures employees receive required onboarding, job-specific
technical training, safety instruction, and ongoing skills
development. The Training Coordinator collaborates closely with
operations leadership, safety teams, quality, and HR to maintain
training compliance and improve workforce capability In this
function you will: • Partner with Supervisors and HR Manager in the
design of effective onboarding and training programs that are
aligned to plant and department objectives. • Oversee the execution
of training programs needed for skilled tasks (technical training)
and ensures all required training records are up to date and in
compliance with ISO standards. • Conduct and coordinate new
employee onboarding/orientation and monitor onboarding timeline
employee knowledge checks • Benchmark and incorporate instructional
design best practices and learning technology to identify the best
solution(s) to capture knowledge and ensure proper knowledge
transfer for critical manufacturing processes. • Assist in creating
or updating training materials, such as SOPs, job aids, visual work
instructions, and presentations. • Influence key metrics for
learning effectiveness and monitor results to continually improve
course offerings. (Time to productive, Retention etc.) • Maintain
site cross-training matrix(ces) • Support effectiveness of any pay
for skillset programs in place within your group. • Leads new-hire
orientation schedule and coordinates training plans for each new
hire with Human Resources and Supervisors. • Collaborate with site
leadership to execute the annual training plan. Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications: Required (Basic)
Qualifications: • High School diploma from an accredited
institution • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in
manufacturing, employee training/development, human resources, or
similar roles demonstrating transferable skills. • Eaton will not

Associates degree or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or
related field from an accredited institution. • Two (2) years of HR
Generalist experience. Position Criteria: • Proficient computer
skills including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
