In this role, you will work closely with business partners, team members, 3rd party designers, contractors, and other IT teams to complete projects and day-to-day tasks. This position is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn new skills and systems and are adaptive in a change environment. SALARY RANGE: Determined by the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.+ Consultant I: $65,700 - $98,500+ Consultant II: $78,200 - $117,300+ Senior Consultant: $87,600 - $144,400REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Manager of Web Applications & SharePointLOCATION: This position may be located in Rapid City, South Dakota, Council Bluffs, Iowa or Denver, Colorado.+ You'll find this is the ideal community to live, work and do business in. To learn more about our locations, please visit thelocations page ( on our career website.+ Relocation financial assistance is available amount may vary based on individual circumstances.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:+ Design, architect, and maintain BHE websites (5+ sites) as well as any future sites. This will include web servers, applications related to the websites, and code repositories.+ Research and implement new strategies and technology to keep up with new trends. Ensure that the websites are scalable to meet demands.+ Work closely with the Digital Media team to develop and maintain the websites and to ensure that our branding and standards are maintained.+ Gather specification and requirements for requests and / or projects+ Collaborate with Security to keep our websites secure.+ Estimate development effort to deliver website projects.+ Able to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace.+ Recognize and effectively communicate risks to project timelines and / or the quality of deliverables. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Setup Integrations with other systems.+ Create and maintain documentation.+ Perform business system design and data modeling tasks. QUALIFICATIONS:Level I:+ No experience required.+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Level II:+ Minimum of three (3) years of IT experience in Application Development. + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Senior Level:+ Minimum of five (5) years of IT experience in Application Development.+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields or equivalent combination of education and experience required.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:+ Able to configure, maintain w, and upgrade web servers (ex: Linux, Apache, Windows).+ Able to troubleshoot and solve problems across the entire web environment.+ Knowledge of supporting CMS driven web websites (WordPress, Drupal, Magento etc.). Drupal experience is preferred.+ Experience with CSS, HTML, Javascript, PHP.+ Knowledge of scripting languages. (i.e., Bash, Python, PowerShell)+ Experience using source code version control systems. GIT preferred. + Setting up new domains and renewing as needed.
