Position Type: Regular Scheduled Hours per 2 week Pay Period: 72 Primary Location: IA > COUNCIL BLUFFS > IHC CB ALEGENT MERCY Program Therapist   Sometimes patients need additional support to cope with challenges they face in their everyday lives. They may seek counseling as individuals or in groups. Our Program Therapists understand the importance of mental healing and treatment for the wellbeing of our patients. They take time to get to know them and provide a thorough assessment of their needs and developed treatment plans. If you are a Masters Prepared Therapist with a passion for helping others, we want to connect with you.   What you’ll do: Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program Why you should choose us:   What sets us apart from other healthcare organizations?
