DescriptionThe Community Supports Network, Inc. The PC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisor's and Direct Support Professional's. Exceptions may be made based on combination of education and experience.All applicants must possess at minimum a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Must be willing to learn and physically capable of implementing crisis intervention techniques. The employee must have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certification to include but not limited to: CSN agency training, Medication Aide Certification, Standard First Aid & CPR Certification; physical intervention techniques certification, and other trainings or certifications as required. The employee must possess good verbal and written communication skills including spelling and grammar.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a human service or a related field and four years supervisory experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs.
