Overview:Edwards MotorSports (Motorcycles, ATVs etc) in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an individual to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will meet with customers to discuss their needs, promote sales offers, and show prospective customers vehicles. You should understand and present the characteristics, capabilities, and features of vehicles; develop and qualify buyers; and close sales.Knowledge and experience with Motorcycles, ATVs, and other utility vehicles is highly preferredResponsibilities:Understands vehicles through researching their characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competing models, and evaluating vehicles.Maintains rapport with previous customers, suggests trade-ins, meets prospects at community events, greets drop-ins, responds to inquiries, and recommends sales campaigns and promotions.Effectively explain vehicle characteristics, capacities, and warrantiesAccompany customers on vehicle test drives.Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.Ability to overcome objections and close the saleWork with management to negotiate the purchase price; finalize the sale and vehicle delivery.Qualifications:Valid Driver's license (Required)Ability to meet sales goalsExcellent interpersonal communication skillsBeing a team player and contributing wherever needed is essentialWillingness to be flexible and take directionAbility to consult and advise others while developing strategiesPunctual with strong attendance history
