Job Description Job Description Position Overview Seeking an Impact & Development Manager to lead efforts in measuring program outcomes, managing grant applications and reporting, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements. This role will demonstrate organizational impact through data, storytelling, and accountability while fostering community engagement and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Volunteer & Grant Management Plan, coordinate, and execute volunteer programs and events to support community engagement. Assist with annual fundraising campaign initiatives. Develop and implement strategies for donor cultivation and stewardship. Prepare, submit, and manage grant applications, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines. Track grants and prepare donor communications. Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. Community & Partnership Development Build relationships with businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations. Organize and manage outreach events to promote organizational initiatives. Develop strategies for partnerships and execute plans to support business goals. Represent the organization on community committees and collaborative efforts. Marketing & Communications Develop and implement communication strategies to build a positive public image. Create and distribute content across media, digital, and social platforms. Maintain mailing databases for publications and outreach. Serve as the primary contact for public inquiries and community engagement. Coordinate press releases, media coverage, and interviews. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, journalism, marketing, public relations, or related fields. Professional experience in grant management, programming, marketing, or related work. Minimum two years in a nonprofit leadership position preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in data tracking and reporting. Ability to handle sensitive topics with professionalism. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
