            • Strong verbal communication skills for positive interaction with staff and customers required.

                                  • Delivers stock and non-stock supplies to departments by following departmental procedures to ensure accurate receipt of items within established timeframes.
                                  • Processes delivery receipts on a daily basis by entering information into MMIS.
                                  • Research discrepancies to ensure information if available for invoices to be paid in a timely manner.
                                  • Inspect incoming packages for damage and sign for shipments to ensure accurate deliveries are received.
                                  • Maintain and file packing slip and/or receipt information for all shipments.
                                  • Prepares all outgoing shipments accurately completing shipping labels with ship to/from from locations ensuring correct departments are charged. Contacting the proper courier for pick up.
                                  • Maintains and stores gas cylinder by completing gas inventories based on par levels following proper storage procedures and safety regulations.
                                  • Assists with overseeing the loading dock areas by controlling flow of traffic.
                                  • Assists with delivering supplies to assigned locations within the Health System.
                                  • MJE/WH-Delivers Interoffice and USPS mail to all locations within the campus.
                                  • WH-Assembles supply kits to ensure adequate stock to cover departmental needs.
                                  • Complete all tasks and duties assigned as requested by the Team Leader/Supply Chain Manager.
                                  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
                                  • Actively participates in continuous projects in the CS department.
                                  • Responsible for resolving issues with the RNI & INR reports. Ensuring Accounting has all of the information needed to process payment in a timely manner.

                                    • Participates in mandatory in-services and/or CE programs as mandated by policies and procedures/external agencies and as directed by management.
