Job Description:

Estimator - Previous Residential Construction Experience Required Seeking Project Estimator with proven track record of successful execuction of projects including deck, new home builds, existing home renovations and additions, pole barns, as well as various other projects. Ideal candidate either has a strong understanding of building materials sales/estimation or previous contractor experience.Job Duties:

• Read Blueprints to determine material needs for projects
• Perform Measurements
• Prepare Estimates
• Contract negotiation and management
• Pivot between commercial and residential construction projects
• Communicate directly with contractors and project managersQualifications:
  • Estimating software experience and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced understanding of mathematics involved in estimating products and costs for various projects
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers and colleagues Imprtant to know:
    • This role is 100% on site/field work - no remote option is available
