The Sign & Graphics Installer is responsible for the proper installation of signage projects (both on the customer's site and within our Center) This person will also be responsible for specified sign order deliveries and site surveys that include on-site signage inspection and sign measuring tasks. This employee will be responsible for maintaining a neat and organized work area while serving the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
--- Provide Excellent Customer Service by completing installation tasks on-time and according to requirements
--- Work with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and provide guidance for the best solution
--- Promote Center in a professional manner while on client site for installation, sign delivery, and/or site inspection/sign measuring tasks
--- Operation and Maintenance of Equipment
--- Serve as a driver of sign center installation vehicle to transport and install signs and graphics at the customer's site
--- Operation of sign center installation equipment (auger occasional lift rental) to perform simple and complex sign and graphics installations at the customer's site
--- Maintain cleanliness and operation of both vehicle and installation equipment to ensure efficiency in production
--- Maintain superior quality on all individual work
--- Work with team members to ensure superior quality on all jobs produced
--- Participate in daily production meetings
--- Work with management to reschedule workloads as necessary to meet promised due dates
--- Abide by center policies/procedures as outlined

Qualifications:
--- Current driver's license with clean driver record required
--- 2+ years' experience installing all types signs (indoor and outdoor) is a plus but not required
--- Comfortable with and ability to work with tall ladders and dig post holes occasionally
--- Comfortable with and ability to use simple hand tools (drills, screwdrivers etc.)and lift 30 pounds
--- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
--- Professional, upbeat, positive attitude
--- Sharp attention to detail
--- Keen multi-tasking abilities
--- Ability to work independently and as an integral team member
