Seeking experienced professional willing to travel internationally within USA, Canada, and Mexico to plan layouts, program controllers, and install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment on automated consumer goods packaging lines at client facilities.

*** Plan layout of wiring and install wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.

*** Install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment such as transfer systems, balancers, robots, conveyors, fillers, wrappers, labelers, and programmable controllers.

*** Establish secondary distribution networks, balance loads, and wire complicated circuits with a large number of connections.

*** Connect power supply wires to machines and equipment, and connect cables and wires between machines and equipment.

*** Program PLCs and maintain back-up copies of programs.

*** Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, and sensors; and replace damaged or broken wires and cables.

*** Replace faulty electrical components such as printed circuit boards, relays, switches, and motors, and position sensing devices.

*** Replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
