Position: Inside Kitchen & Bath Sales Representative/Cabinet
Designer Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Salary Commission

Representative to join our team and build strong client
relationships by providing expert guidance and support. Key
Responsibilities: Work closely with customers to understand their
design requirements and develop innovative solutions that suit
their specific needs. Create detailed design plans, including 2D
and 3D drawings, using state-of-the-art design software. Assist
customers in selecting appropriate building materials, fixtures,
and finishes to ensure their design vision is successfully
executed. Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate
estimates and quotes for design services. Stay updated on the
latest design trends, building codes, and regulations to offer the
most cutting-edge and code-compliant designs. Ensure all design
projects are completed within established timelines. Manage
multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring each project
receives the necessary attention and meets customer expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any
customer concerns or inquiries in a professional and courteous
manner. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other
professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
and successful project completion. Maintain accurate documentation
of all design projects, including plans, specifications, and
correspondence Qualifications: 1 years proven experience in inside
sales, preferably in kitchen and bath design, home improvement,
construction, or related industries. PREFERRED BUT WILL TAKE NEW
AAS GRADUATE Proficiency in 2020 cabinet design software. Strong
understanding of the building and remodeling process and the needs
of contractors and builders. PREFERRED NOT REQUIRED Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple clients
and projects simultaneously. Proficient in CRM tools and sales
