About HOTWORX HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio where members experience 12 unique workouts inside infrared saunas, led by virtual instructors. We also feature a fully equipped functional training area with dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more. What You’ll Do Engage & Welcome – Greet guests, give studio tours, and ensure every visitor feels comfortable and informed. Drive Sales – Promote memberships, packages, and retail products using strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. Social Media Savvy – Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and more to grow our community. Customer Support – Assist members in selecting programs, answer questions, and resolve concerns with top-tier service. Follow-Up & Build Relationships – Stay connected with members to encourage progress and retention. Keep It Spotless – Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Admin Support – Schedule appointments, update customer records, and process transactions accurately. Collaborate – Work closely with your team to hit sales goals and foster a positive, energetic atmosphere.
