Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician II – Council Bluffs, IA Pay & Benefits $28–$33/hr based on experience $1.50/hr differential for 2nd shift $1.75/hr differential for 3rd shift Attendance incentives, bonuses, and pay raises Comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) plan Shifts 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday 3rd shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday Rotating shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM Job Duties Perform routine maintenance and repair on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliability Read and interpret schematics and blueprints Use tools such as voltmeters and work with gear reducers, motors, cylinders, valves, and actuators Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency 2 years industrial maintenance experience 2 years hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience 2 years electrical experience (480v) Work Environment Manufacturing and production setting Exposure to heights, moving machinery, temperature changes, dust, odors, and fumes Loud environment requiring safe work practices Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58323.00 - $64792.00/yr. 401k, pto, health insurance, paid holidays, overtime potential Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Council Bluffs,IA.
