As an NC3 Operations Team Lead, you’ll bring your leadership and knowledge of the strategic mission to work alongside thought leaders in NC3 Community on projects for the United States Strategic Command. You’ll use your skills and expertise to lead a team of operations professionals in the research and design of new mission technologies. You Have: 5 years of experience leading teams 3 years of experience performing Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Emergency Action Procedures ( EAP?CJCS ) at the strategic or national level 3 years of experience on an NC2 battle staff Experience with mobility operations Ability to travel up to 25% of the time TS / SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience supporting USSTRATCOM J3 missions Knowledge and understanding of the NC3 system of systems Master's degree in a technical field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
