Job Description:
Preferred Qualifications Painter I: Familiar with a CMMS and/
proficient in Microsoft Office products are preferred. Painter II:
In addition to the preferred qualifications above, a level II is
preferred to be proficient using an CMMS and/or completed all UNL
and BSM required training courses. Painter III : In conjunction
with the preferred qualification above, a level III is preferred to
have at least 6 months experience managing projects, including
estimates, selecting appropriate standards, and metrics
